I have always been looking for a good serious trainer that could help me with my fitness goals. I wanted functional strength training and a lean mean looking body. I met David Devito, joined the Fitness Protocol program and learned about compound exercises, form and technique, how to activate relevant muscle groups, recovery and most importantly nutrition. He taught me all about eating clean.
Now I’m training regularly and seeing transformations that I have never experienced before. I will always remember and abide by what David said to me once: “If you want to look like a professional athlete you have to train like one”.
