I joined Fitness Protocol 10 weeks ago. Prior to Fitness Protocol I was already living a very active life – run, muaythai, kickboxing, yoga, gym and working out with personal trainer – and yet I wasn’t getting any learner.
I got to know Fitness Protocol through a friend and have been following their FB page for quite awhile before I decided to give them a go. I have no real goal except wanting to feel fitter and stronger.
My time at Fitness Protocol has given me much more than I could ever have imagined. The transformation has been phenomenal and I wasn’t expecting to see result in such a short period of time. In just 10 weeks I’ve lost 7% body fat, dropped one dress size and gotten a lot leaner and stronger.
I’ve learnt how to eat clean, in a way that best supports my overall health and wellbeing. At first I thought eating clean was going to be complicated but with David’s help it ended up being pretty simple. David’s motto of Train Mean Eat Clean is one of the things that I value most about my time in Fitness Protocol.
If you are someone who demands the best, Fitness Protocol is the real deal. David Devito is the real deal in an industry full of wannabes and is the standard by which any trainer should be measured.
