I suffered back pain due to bulging lumbar disc L3,L4 & L5. The doctor advised me to undergo surgery. Instead, I decided to join kettlebellHIT for body conditioning & strengthening. Initially I had difficulty training with an 8kg kettlebell, but now I am able to press a 20kg kettlebell, do a 97.5kg barbell squat, and deadlift 110k. My body weight dropped from 80+ kgs to 73. Thanks to David Devitio & the Devito Protocol, my back condition has improved tremendously and I’m getting stronger across every workout.
