I’m not good with words. But then again, words cannot express the amount of effort, dedication that it took to transform my body. I was fat…no wait let me rephrase that…frightfully obese. David Devito introduced me to kettlebells, proper training and and nutrition.

The before photo (80kg) was when I decided to change my lifestyle and eating habits. I had an obvious shortage of muscle mass which resulted in my low self esteem. As a result of The Fitness Protocol and adhering to the discipline of eating clean and training mean, I am now 62kg and have a fit, strong and sculpted body.
