I started training at Fitness Protocol in April 2014. Since joining, I have lost about 15kg. Before joining Fitness Protocol, I have tried dieting as well as different sorts of training. Although I have managed to lose some weight, I found the process difficult (feeling hungry all the time, weak from abstaining from food hence not being able to train as hard) and the minute I stopped dieting or training, I put back the weight that I’ve lost very quickly, sometimes putting on even more.
At Fitness Protocol, the philosophy of Eating Clean and Training Mean has helped me understand that losing weight does not have to mean eating like a rabbit or training 24/7. What is important is eating the right food prepared in the right way and training effectively. Applying these 2 principles during training and my diet has helped me get results very quickly without having to make huge adjustments to my life. Now I feel healthy and full of energy and I look forward to getting a stronger body.
