Before I joined The Fitness Protocol, I was very skeptical. I thought it was just another gym so why should I join when I can just use the gym at the condo for free. I had been using it infrequently and ineffectively developing bad habits. My wife Shameen had already been to a few classes and insisted I at least check it out.
