Before signing up with The Fitness Protocol, my weight was 78kgs and I had a 36-inch waistline. As a result of David Devito’s Eat Clean Train Mean programme, I lose 13 kg and 5 inches off my waist. All this was achieved within a period of just 9 months!
By eating right and training right, I found myself improving in both cardio and strength. When I first started on kettlebells, an 8kg bell felt really heavy for me. Now I can press a 24kg kettlebell, deadlift 100kgs and hold an 8 minute plank!
