I’ve tried many ways to lose weight after having my third child three years ago. Diet pills, cardio workout at the gym and powerplates didnt help. I felt as if I had hit a brick wall. However after joining fitness protocol, through clean eating and DD s weight training program three times a wk, ive gone down to a size 10/ size M. Its not just the weight loss but im also physically stronger. I now have a stronger core and back which was weaken through three pregnancies. With physical strength also comes mental n emotional strength. I now feel stronger to handle three active children of varying ages; 13, 9 and 3.
